Our inspiration came out of nowhere, like a lightning flash. And our motivation followed like a trailing loud thunder. An individuals personality, emotion and attitude are affected by the overall wellness of ones body. The human body itself has the ability to transpose miracles. Healing of your body is more important than you may think, and it does not only mean proper food intake, sleep/rest, and exercising. This is where massage therapy comes in.
